These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, services, consultations, and purchases made with NAUI SKIN Aesthetics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Appointments & Booking Fees

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Booking fees are non-refundable.
Booking fees are transferable only if at least 24 hours’ notice is given to reschedule.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the booking fee.
No-shows will result in full loss of booking fee.
Repeated cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary.

Cancellations & Refunds

Treatments and services are non-refundable once performed.
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic results does not entitle the client to a refund.
Course packages are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

Medical Consultation & Client Responsibility

All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form prior to treatment.

Clients must:

Provide accurate and complete medical information.
Disclose all medications, allergies, and previous treatments.
Inform us of any changes to health prior to each appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if:

It is deemed unsafe.
Contraindications are present.
The treatment requested is not clinically appropriate.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in adverse outcomes for which we cannot be held responsible.

Age Restrictions

Injectable treatments are strictly 18+.
Valid photo ID may be required.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if proof of age is not provided.

Treatment Results Disclaimer

Aesthetic and skin treatments involve biological variability. Outcomes depend on individual skin type, lifestyle, age, medical history, and aftercare compliance.

We do not guarantee:

Specific aesthetic outcomes.
Longevity of results.
Prevention of future skin concerns.

Aftercare

Clients are provided with aftercare instructions following treatment.

NAUI SKIN Aesthetics is not responsible for:

Complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.
Self-administered products or treatments post-procedure.
External treatments performed elsewhere.

Patch Test

Where required (e.g. chemical peels, certain skincare products, laser), patch testing must be carried out 24–48 hours prior to treatment.

Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation and loss of booking fee.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of treatment unless prepaid.
We accept Bank Transfer / Cash.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively.

Liability

While every care is taken to ensure safety and professionalism:

We are not liable for allergic reactions where no prior indication was disclosed.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the treatment provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Photography & Marketing

Before-and-after photographs can be taken for clinical records.

Images will only be used for marketing purposes with written consent.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment at: naui.skin@gmail.com

We aim to respond within 5 working days and resolve complaints professionally and fairly.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, or emergencies.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
