Booking Fee & Refund Policy

To secure your appointment at NAUI SKIN Aesthetics, a non-refundable £20.00 booking fee is required at the time of booking.

Rescheduling Policy

Your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date only if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or in the case of a missed appointment, the booking fee will be retained and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

These policies are in place to protect appointment availability and ensure fairness to all clients.
